Tranters Creek frozen across

WASHINGTON, NC —  Tranters Creek is frozen across here again this morning. It is as yet slower to open a stream today than yesterday. The ice is very thin, but frozen all the way across none the less. Click the photo to see it as large as your screen will allow.
