Carolina Coastal in Rocky Mount 

ROCKY MOUNT, NC — Two of Carolina Coastal’s locomotives were sitting quietly on a siding the last time I got to Rocky Mount. Quiet is what two old-timers like this GP38 and GP9RM deserve.
