Carolina Coastal

CHOCOWINITY, NC — Carolina Coastal Railway has a colorful history. Third hand locomotives tend to hold their old paint for quite a while.  As nice as their red-white-and-Carolina blue scheme is, I always end up missing those old silks. This is CLNA 119 passing under old Highway 17 back in 2010. This 1966 GP40 worked for many railroads before joining CLNA.
