Someone pulled the plug
WASHINGTON, NC — A low-pressure cell off the coast and a high on to the northwest pushed a strong wind from the northwest all night and all day. That shoves the river to the sound and ocean. It happens a couple of times a year, but it’s usually brutally cold during the event. This one was more extreme than usual and included prettier weather. They saying we’ll get another day or so, so no telling how low it will go. I was seeing panoramas all day—just couldn’t help it.
