E49 waits as E52 finishes

CHOCOWINITY, NC — Norfolk Southern’s old 1975 SD40-2 came on E49 to visit Marsden Yard a couple of weeks ago.  It stayed on with its Union Pacific friend to work E52 to Lee Creek for a few days.  Here she works the yard after arriving not much after and early running E49 (which you can see in the distance near the Highway 33 overpass. It was only a few days later that 3507 returned west.
