Where is it?

This photo is from an unidentified family album (probably from my Grandfather William E. Gray’s family). Many of the photos seem to be from Bridgeton and New Bern and Morehead City and it likely dates from the 1910-20s.  Anyone know anything about this photo’s location? Gregory King of the Norfolk & Southern Railway Historical Society suggests that this is “on the Atlantic and North Carolina in Beaufort, NC, probably around what was know to be Radio Island.”
